The new chenille machine and embroidery machine equipment purchases represent an additional six-figure investment as part of our on-going expansion program. We are dedicated to our ruthless pursuit of becoming the nation's number one domestic manufacturer of wholesale chenille letterman jacket awards and are willing to make whatever capital investment necessary to reach that goal. Our commitment remains steadfast to our wholesale chenille dealers: We will carefully control growth so that it does not interfere with our renowned delivery of 2-3 weeks on most custom chenille products, making us the fastest large-scale manufacturer in the industry during the busy fourth-quarter season, when it really counts.

The Chenille Appeal, LLC wholesale chenille and embroidery factory is testing a new shipment of multi-head embroidery and chenille combination machines as part of our expansion program.  We are committed to becoming the nation’s number one domestic manufacturer of high quality wholesale letterman jacket awards and are investing the capital necessary to achieve that objective.  This means a better, more enjoyable experience for our wholesale chenille dealers, a more streamlined internal manufacturing process, and a bigger felt canvas for even larger designs.

Expanded Factory Production Capability for Wholesale Letterman Jacket Awards, Chenille Patches, and Tackle Twill Uniforms

The new production equipment includes three multi-head combination chenille and embroidery machines on top of the earlier capital expenditure investments, technology investments, wholesale ordering system launch, analytics package, and the acquisition of a local embroidery factory several years ago, which was merged into our operations.

From the company’s original black-head Melco chenille machine purchased with a Sports, Inc. equipment lease and run from a small, 200 square foot garage in 1994, to our current state-of-the-art factory producing millions of chenille patches, chenille letters, letterman jacket awards, and tackle twill uniforms, we’ve maintained our commitment to investing in the machinery necessary to supply our customers with the best merchandise possible.

Older Melco chenille machines such as the CH1 chenille machine Our staff technical engineers are capable of performing most chenille machine and embroidery machine repairs on-site, saving us considerable time and money, ultimately benefiting our wholesale dealers. This technical expertise has allowed us to extend the lifespan of our older machines considerably, while still meeting our rigorous quality standards.  In fact, we still have rows upon rows of older Melco CH1 machines that are operated daily to augment the production capability of our newer, more advanced production systems.  These provide a valuable “safety net” as we expand each year, growing at record-breaking rates.
