If you meet our dealer requirements and would like to sign up for a wholesale account with Chenille Appeal, please fill out the following form.  It will be submitted to our new accounts department and we will get back to you, typically within 1-2 business days. If you are accepted, you will need to fax your State Sales Tax Certificate to our factory for us to keep on file. You will be automatically placed on a discount tier based on the size of your account. As your volume grows, you may qualify for a higher tier and bigger savings on your custom chenille awards and wholesale varsity jackets.

We are a wholesale only manufacturer of varsity letterman jacket awards.  We do not sell directly to the public.  Please do not waste our time and submit an application if you are not a qualified retail store or team dealer because it will be rejected.
